I’ve had the opportunity to work with Louise in various capacities over the past few years. As a vendor at Crankworx the degree of service we received began from initial sign up and extended beyond the event. We were given everything we needed prior to any event and checked on daily to see if we needed anything along the way. Louise’s ability to remain flexible and meet the individual (and demanding) needs of vendors always stood out as exceptional. No other coordinator has ever given the level of courtesy and attention to details as Louise did.

As an athlete ambassador and host during Rampage, we were given unconditional support. Needs were listened to and a sense of service was always present. With Louise, we always felt as if we had a friend and partner for the week. We were never placated or pacified; we were cared for and given a sense of welcome.

YT USA looks forward to any future opportunity to work with Louise Hatton as any past experience has been nothing short of exemplary.
